Shipping policy

Processing times for custom orders vary from 3-to 7 business days depending on the volume of your order. We do our best to ship out the same day but please note during high volume times it may take longer. 

Once a package is marked as shipped, Creates For You is no longer held responsible for the package. 

Please note that the shipping times provided on orders are solely estimates, and may change at any given time in regards to the postal service and their policy at the time. 

Any inquiries regarding the exact location, stolen, missing or lost packages should be made to the carrier directly.
